Shipping Coverage

Sahajan ships to Canada and the US. For international orders outside North America, customers can email hello@sahajan.com to request a shipping quote.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Sunday through Thursday are shipped within 24 hours
  • Orders placed Friday and Saturday are processed the following Monday
  • During sales and launch times, order processing may take longer
  • No shipping on major holidays including: New Years Day, Family Day (Canada), Victoria Day (Canada), Memorial Day (May 26th), June 19th, July 1st, July 4th, August civic holiday (Canada), Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Canada and US), Boxing Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes) to Canada or the US
  • Free international shipping on orders $200 or more (before discounts and taxes)

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a "Track Package" button. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active in the carrier system.

Return Policy

  • 30-day return window with no questions asked
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns cannot include items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment
  • $10 flat fee charged if shipment is returned to sender
